The last six months have been a whirlwind, and this week is shaping up to be a tornado! But it's all good! And we are thankful!
Quick recap: we've been in Houston since January. That time has been filled with the kids' school, doctor's appointments, building a carport, renovating our friends' kitchen (and a bit more!), being with family and friends, and living life! Kelli has now graduated from high school and received two huge scholarships. Kurt has finished two years of college and has a wonderful girlfriend. Scott finished ninth grade and loved being in choir at church.
We are now packing up to return to Serbia on Monday, June 27th! We are so thrilled to get back "home." Kurt and Kelli are remaining in Katy (with my parents) to continue working before heading off to college. Scott will go to BFA (boarding school in Germany) this fall - we'll take him in August. Then I will fly back to Texas for a week to help Kelli get moved in.
My parents have laughed (and have been bewildered, I think) at our constant coming and going, but we are thankful for every opportunity and path that the Lord has led us down. It's an adventure!

We leave on Sunday for family camp. Would you have time this week for me to see you? If not ... maybe the week you come back?
